Friday Night Live  -  Youth Event

July 30th, 2010 

 

We will be kicking off our new Youth Group with a "Friday Night Live" event.  If you'd like some more information on this, please visit the webpage for Four12 Youth Group.

 

 

Lake Baptism

August 1st, 2010 

 

We will be holding another Lake Baptism service at Red Haw State Park on Sunday, August 1st, 2010.  If you would like to be water baptized, please make plans to come to our Morning Worship Service that day starting at 10:45 am.  The Lakeside Baptism service will be held after our morning services and after a picnic lunch. 

 

The last one we held was phenomenal and God was very present.  We are expecting the same movement of God here at this one, so come expecting to receive.

 

If you are unable to attend the morning service, we suggest you contact our Pastors to set up a time to discuss your choice to be water baptized at this time.

Good Friday Services

Every time we hold a Good Friday Service it winds up being a wonderful time of fellowship with fellow believers and our Lord.  Our children's church has given us wonderful performances, Pastor Colleen has delivered anointed messages, and we have also had dramatic presentations that will have us talking for years to come.  If you'd like to see a video of a past dramatic presentation, please visit our Media section.

 

 

FFBTC Graduations

Full Faith Bible Training Center is an AFCMITC correspondence school.  The school consists of two levels, each lasting approximately one year.  On November 8th, 2008 and July 17, 2010 we graduated students from both our 1st and 2nd year programs.  If you are interested in attending FFBTC please visit the "School" section of this site.  If you'd like to read an article about the graduation, please check out our December 2008 Newsletter.

 

 

Baptismal Service w/ Picnic

On Sunday, August 10th, 2008 we held our Baptismal Service at Red Haw State Park, immediately following morning Worship Services.  We had a wonderful day of fellowship and a picnic with some delicious food.  Two of our members were baptized in water after our picnic.  Congratulations to Beka and Genevieve!

Family Fun Day

On Saturday, August 16th, 2008 we wrapped up our summer with a "Family Fun Day".  The purpose of this event was just to reach out to our community and let them know we are here.  Free Hot Dogs and Lemonade were served and we had inflatable games, dunk tank, kids prizes, and so much more.  Everyone enjoyed a beautiful day of fun and we feel that the event was a total success.

Garage/Rummage Sale

Once or twice a year we hold our "famous" rummage sales.  I say famous because it is becoming well known that we are providing this not primarily as a means for raising funds for our church, but more as a way to give back from the community.  Our local and extended congregation donate some of the best clothes, games, toys, household items, nic-nacs, and much more.  Visitors of our "garage" sales have called it "one of the best", "cleanest", and "cheapest" around.  This is more the rule rather than the exception because, many have come and been blessed.  Thank you, to all of our members who helped donate and touch the lives of so many.
